Information We Collect

When you call us or submit a callback request, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, service address, and a short description of your plumbing issue — so we can schedule and complete your service.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, follow up about the service, and reach you and homeowners like you with our own advertising (see “Advertising” below). We never sell your information and never share it with data brokers.

Online Booking

Our “Book Online” button uses the national Roto-Rooter scheduling system, which routes your request back to our local franchise. Information you submit there is handled under Roto-Rooter Corporation’s privacy practices.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages they view and how they found us. This helps us improve the site.

Advertising

We advertise on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to reach Eastern Idaho homeowners — including reminders that septic tanks need pumping every few years. To do this, our site uses standard advertising tools (the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags) that note when you visit our pages, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who’ve shown interest.

We may also share customer contact information with Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) in a scrambled, irreversible form (“hashing”) to reach our existing customers and help these platforms find new people similar to our customers. Because the information is hashed before it leaves us, the platforms cannot read your actual name, phone number, or email, and they may not use it for anything except matching for our ads. We never sell this information.
